For New Years Eve we celebrated by visiting my new niece Dayna who was born that day(SO CUTE BTW) and then we partied in the New Year by playing The farming game with my sisters! It was a fun filled night full of giggling, nerdiness, and LOTS OF FOOD! I was grateful my parents hosted the party since they were up at 4am that morning they are so great!
It's taken me a while to get around to this post because as the new year starts I spend a lot of time reflecting how this past year has gone and how I can make this year even better. We have been blessed so much and I keep pinching myself double checking if this is really my life. I feel so undeserving of such a wonderful husband that works and studies and takes care of our little family so well. He amazes me. If someone would have told me three years ago that I could love someone or be loved this much I would have never believed them. Our two little girls also amaze me each day. I love watching them learn, grow and develop. What a learning experience it is; I think they teach me more then I could ever teach them. As I was talking to one of my girlfriends (who is expecting her first) the other day, she mentioned how she is a little nervous to be trusted with one of Heavenly Fathers children and I think I am still pretty nervous to have two of them. I am so blessed that he has trusted them to me and now I need to work hard at teaching them as he would have me do.
I have MANY resolutions of which I will not bore you but I'm looking forward to a whole new year of adventure, learning, getting fit, spiritual growth and staying busy........I LOVE LIFE!!!
