Settling In...

Its been about 6 weeks since graduation, and we have settled in to a new (rental) house, new town, new job and new routine. Life right now is so exciting and exhausting.

Greyson is almost 8 months old already! I can't hardly believe it. He is my biggest baby andhe is very daring.  He does what I call a lunge crawl. He is standing up to furniture and just recently has started trying to do it with now hands, he is just growing up way too quickly.  His smiles just make me the happiest person alive and can change even one of my darkest days into something better.

Sydney melts my heart when she looks up at me with her big blue eyes the answer is sadly always yes! She is working so hard at using her words clearly so that even daddy can understand her :) Some of things she says though we can't help but laugh because of what it sounds like!  She is our copy-cat anything her big sister is doing she wants to be right there doing it with her.

Kloee is our curious girl. She asks about a million questions a day which is fun but wears me out. She is my big helper too, she is so good to her siblings and plays with both of them frequently so that I can get my "chores" done. She has been a blessing us since day one. Her contagious laugh and funny stories keep us giggling all day.

As for me Im getting our house put away still. How long can you say to people when they come over "Dont mind the mess we just moved in" and still get away with it.  I thought I would have more time now with no calling at church (for the time being) but I find myself just as busy making our new place a home and learning new ways to save money, organize and stay on top of the housework. I am in absolute heaven with all our family around. There is always something to do and fun to be had.

Darren still feels swamped. Between his new job and learning how to keep up a lawn now he has very little down time.  He is really enjoying learning how to do handy work around the house I think by the end of the summer the people at Home Depot are going to know us on a first name basis.  He works so hard for us and does very well at taking care of all our needs, we would simply be lost without him.

We are all thriving here and loving life, I think it feels surreal to be here and not be gearing up for another school year. Life is good to us. Now I'm off in search of the camera so I can give updates about all the fun things we have been up to!
