This was a lot of fun to get together, One of our ward activities we had a drive-in movie night. It was complete with this background props for family pics....
The concessions were my favorite part though, you just cant beat popcorn, cotton candy, and icees!

Kloee's favorite part was her car! She sat and played in this thing for hours.

Ready for Sunny days

A while back Darren actually had a snow day, we spent it being lazy around the house and playing board games, it was a GREAT day. He took Kloee out to play she lasted about 5 minutes. Funny girl!

We are hoping for blue skys and sunshine to come our way now, we are REALLY looking forward to summer!

Well....

This is how we have been rolling these days......
(Kloee into my make-up)
(Sydney falling off of everything)

We have been SUPER busy around here, you probably wouldn't be able to tell because the condition of my house right now, (TOTALLY TRASHED) but its been a doozy.
We had a great time a couple weeks ago when we spent SPRING BREAK in the Tri-Cities. WE had a blast so much so I didn't take a single picture we were just so busy. I love being able to go to Baptisms and Birthdays and anything else. I got some GREAT girl time in with my sisters, mother, and lady in-laws. I LOVE how many I have so close and they have all become my dearest of friends.
Darren did get me a new camera cord over spring break so I should be able to get some more blogging done, time will tell though it seems these days all I have time for is the bare minimum. Can't complain we are all happy and healthy (for now at least) and I keep thinking that the sun may even come out some time soon.

In need of advice...

I have always struggled with balance in my life, I'm an all or nothing kind of person.  Because of recent trials in my life it has become more and more troubling for me.  I feel like if I could balance all the things I have promised that I would do I would have greater Harmony in my life.

I have it pretty easy, I'm not going to lie.  I have a husband who loves me (and I know it without a doubt), who takes care of me and is ALWAYS willing to help with WHATEVER needs to be done. I have two AMAZING girls that I seriously couldn't love more (but yet I do every day). I have a great apartment (especially due to the cost) that keeps me warm and safe.  I have TRUE friends that are there for me when I need it most.  I have THE most loving extended family that I look up to and adore (despite the teasing;) and I am blessed with a calling in my church that I am learning to love because of all the service it allows me to do for others.

This is where I struggle, ALL these people and opportunities do so much for me I am constantly thinking of ways I can give back.  I have so many ideas in my head of what I can do the problem is finding the time.  I often find myself exhausted, and out of motivation.  I am in search of any thoughts and ideas any of my followers have (stalkers included:) of what you do to get the most out of your day, how you fit everything in (cleaning, cooking, playing with the kids, scriptures and prayers, church, sanity time ect.) without staying up extremely late at night.

The desire is in me to do good, to be great, I just need some suggestions/perspective/thoughts.

TOO Funny....

Darren: "It smells like poop. Kloee did you you poop?"
Kloee: "No, I just passed gas."

You might not find this as funny as me, but I'm still laughing about it, she gets sillier by the day.

My heart is TRULY changed and touched....

This morning I finally finished "Daughters in My Kingdom" this is a book that the sisters in my church all received fairly recently. I am completely moved with all the stories of true dedication the women of my faith have had over the years.
This book really brought things into perspective for me. I think in the world we live in too many women want to be like men I have always been puzzled by this and after reading this book, I have realized how important it is for us to be WOMEN, we have such and important role in this life and so many depend on us. I'll admit parts of this book left me thinking how in world do I have time to accomplish all that the Lord has asked of me and expects me to do. Right after those parts though are encouragements and promises of blessings if we have the faith to do what is required. This book is inspired of God and has strengthened my testimony of the Relief Society. I am so blessed to have this in my life. If you haven't had a chance to read it yet.....DO IT....you wont regret it. I am looking forward to implementing this book into my life, I feel it has so many answers on how to be a great women, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. All of which I can only hope to be great at some day.
