Our miracle....

Since this pregnancy is coming to a close I've had moments to truly contemplate my life, where it was, where it is now and where it is headed.  This is life and I am SO grateful for every moment counts more then I can fathom.  This last year has been a journey for us with life lessons that we will never lose.  Our testimonies of the gospel are stronger then ever, we have grown as a family together and we know without doubt that our Heavenly Father knows us and loves us and gives us what we need in his perfect timing.  This pregnancy and baby has blessed our lives in more ways then we will ever know, despite the difficulty of it and that's why I call it OUR MIRACLE.

Here are the ultrasound pictures from Spokane that I have been saving up, hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

On October 23rd we went in for our final consult pre-delivery in Spokane, the fluid in all areas has stayed stable which the Dr was VERY optimistic about.  He feels most of the issues will resolve themselves within the first day or two.  Our baby boy will for sure spend about a day in the NICU to be monitored.  I'm grateful for these doctors who are making sure all is well with my baby.  As of today I am scheduled for c-section on Nov 6th because baby is breach, but they all assured me MANY times they will check me before to see if he has moved into the correct position and if he has I will be induced instead for a VBAC (which is my first choice even though he is already 8lbs 4oz and is gaining about .5lbs a week). All around good news, its just the final push to the finish line!

What an adorable little face! It's always so amazing all the details they can see with the new ultrasounds!
C-sections aren't all that terrible. Wear a maxipad between your incision and your underwear to help with buffering kid's bumps and keeping the incision/underwear clean. All four of my kids were c-sections (three planned and one after lots of labor and in an emergency situation). I fully recommend them if necessary. Don't stress too much about it (and DO get a Priesthood blessing first.)

I love the I'm a boy pix (: hope everything goes good with the birth and that he turns for you. I really hope you don't have to a another c-section, but if you do the 2nd is much better than the 1st one. Praying he doesn't stay in NICU long.
