My in-laws gave me some GIANT onions and so I decided to try this out.....its not all that easy to make but it tasted REALLY yummy a lot better then it looks that's for sure.

Way to be adventurous!! I love trying new stuff when I am in the mood.
Brittany made us a bloomin' onion once, complete with the dipping sauce. It was delicious!!! (yes with 3 exclaimation points) I need to ask her if she will share the sauce recipe!
